We do not make any refunds.
Our return policy lasts 7 days after the order has been delivered. If the 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit.
- Mia Collections is not responsible for lost or any problem with the package once the tracking number have been sent to our client.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with tags fully attached, and in the original packaging.
- We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items and gift cards.
